During COVID, our Victorian Managing Director Erin Devlin wrote her first book 'Get the job you really want' to provide advice and support for job seekers from video interviewing, CV writing, and career planning to job offer management. Utilising nearly 15 years’ worth of recruitment experience, Erin has made the advice practical, accessible and comprehensive, giving candidates the tools and resources they need to secure satisfying work and to enjoy a rewarding career. Published by Major Street Publishing in 2021, and available on the people2people website under ‘Candidate Resources’.

Erin, RCSA Industry Leader Award Winner 2022, is the Managing Director of people2people Recruitment, Victoria, and Infront Sports Consulting. She was also RCSA Professional Recruiter of the Year in 2017 . Erin has recently published her first book ‘Get the job you really want’ via Major Street Publishing. She has recruited and managed teams in both temporary and permanent disciplines since 2007 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

As the Next Gen Board Director for the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA), Erin works with industry peers to raise professional standards and foster the next generation of talent. She studied marketing and human resources at undergraduate level and holds a Graduate Certificate of Business (Dean’s List) from Deakin University. Erin is regularly called upon to speak on careers and employment matters with ABC, Channel 7, Nine Network, Foxtel, 2UE, Fairfax and Shortlist. Through Infront Sports, she has also worked with over 500 professional athletes and coaches on career transition and planning. She is an engaging speaker, author, business mentor and recruitment industry leader and is passionate about helping people develop their careers and businesses. Erin leads and supports the people2people team in Victoria, and manages key executive recruitment assignments.​
