Let’s choose to challenge #IWD2021

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we will be running a Special Event highlighting three of our very own female leaders – Erin Devlin, Catherine Kennedy and Manda Milling.

Hosted by Shannon Barlow, we will explore the unique journeys of these truly amazing women and the challenges they have faced.

To say Shannon’s recruiting expertise has been extensive is an understatement. Having been with people2people since 2007, Shannon has managed people2people’s RPO division, covered account management and service delivery for global clients and managed and developed people2people's Chatswood office. 2017 saw Shannon spearhead the launch of people2people’s New Zealand branch and further the partnership with Frog Recruitment to bolster people2people’s business footprint and create a unique service offering to New Zealand employers and career seekers.

In 2019 Shannon and the NZ people2people team ventured over to the "orange side!" with Frog Recruitment becoming the leading brand in New Zealand. ‘Transparent communication and empowerment are the keys to a great collaboration with businesses and career seekers.
