We are continually offering career development opportunities to our team. people2people’s objectives changed in 2020 to focus on developing our teams and expanding our knowledge of the Australasian market. Our on-boarding programme includes virtual live training with managers and senior consultants, to ensure new hires upskill and experience multiple ways to approach recruitment.

We compliment our on-boarding with:

  • Learning programme Recruitment Juice, relevant for all, with “levels” of difficulty
  • Weekly webinars
  • In-house mentoring and buddy programmes
  • A reboot camp with 3 monthly sessions with a senior consultant
