No matter the time of day, hes always ready to go for a walk, bouncing around with eager anticipation the moment he hears sees someone with his leash. His cheerful, bouncy personality is infectioushe has a way of lifting the spirits of everyone around him. Whether its a someone walking past or anyone dropping in, his joyful presence brings smiles, lightens moods, and makes people feel instantly welcome.
