What's up dog?
Since we had to move back home with the parents (Marvens grandparents). I no longer have an art studio where Marven can be my office/studio dog but he definitely still brings endless amounts of joy to the whole house - and everyone he mets - he is always around for a cuddle, a cute head tilt or to demand you share your cheese! Marven has continued to be the best art studio dog! He has been by my side whilst myself and my collaborator have created some really wonderful projects this year. Including a workshop series and artwork that supported female identifying community members. A project that spoke about the importance of storytelling and random acts of kindness. Another major body of work that is now installed around the Gold Coast city street poles as a way of softening public spaces with textiles! Its been a busy year so far and Marven has been there to lay on the pile of yarn and give everyone at the studio all the hugs and kisses. He is almost 4yrs old and will always be a forever puppy in my eyes.
