What's up dog?
Casper is our resident gym dog (aka the real boss). He's our friendly greeter at the door with his big smile and captain feather sword tail. Members faces light up when they see him, making their anxiety or gym dread fade away. He patiently waits in the corner for class to finish and then runs around the room for pats during the session wrap up and stretching. Gym members have often said some mornings they only come for Casper pats, which in turn helps them create or stick to their routines, creating healthier habits! He also eases their mind when first walking into our location.
