Most Valuable Contractor Awards Ceremony

Most Valuable Contractor Awards Ceremony
Bianca: Hello and welcome to this special edition of P2P Live Australia. I'm Bianca Luck, New South Wales Director and Sydney Branch Manager. Today, we're presenting our Most Valuable Contractor Awards Ceremony for quarter three.

Bianca: The P2P temp team is taking over, and we're excited to announce our three finalists for the Most Valuable Contractor (MVC) award. This award recognizes the exceptional contributions of our temp and contractor workforce, honoring those who go above and beyond in attitude, reliability, and communication.

Bianca: Let's meet our first finalist, India Broen from ProAV Solutions. Georgia Abbott, our temporary consultant, will tell us more about India.

Georgia: India's impact on our team is profound and multifaceted. She navigated through over 600 valuable agreements, streamlining our entire department and generating $2 to 3 million in value. Her courteous demeanor uplifts our team's morale, making her unequivocally deserving of the MVC award.

Bianca: Now, our second finalist is Pip Davies from Nicholls and Breen. Lauren Murray, our temporary consultant, will share more about Pip.

Lauren: Pip always puts a smile on everyone's faces, is extremely helpful, caring, and personable. She ensures all customer inquiries are followed up, always going above and beyond. Pip's dedication makes her a deserving candidate for the MVC award.

Bianca: Our third finalist is Nora Quinland, who has completed six contracts for People to People. Aiden will tell us more about Nora.

Aiden: Nora's unwavering commitment and determination are exceptional. Her understanding and enthusiasm for our business never fail to impress. She produces outstanding results, and we'd be lost without her.

Bianca: Let's take one more look at our three finalists.

Bianca: And the winner is Nora Quinland! Congratulations to Nora, our Most Valuable Contractor for quarter three.

Bianca: Unfortunately, we're experiencing technical difficulties, but Nora will receive a $200 voucher as her prize. Thank you to everyone who participated, and stay tuned for quarter 4 nominations. For more information, visit our website or get in touch with us.

About our speaker

In her own words: ‘’I’ve only ever worked at two recruitment agencies. Loyalty and feeling secure are important to me. As for people2people; well, they’re like my family. I’ve never stopped loving recruiting and the buzz it gives me.” The candidates she’s placed in junior support roles back in the early days of her career are now Financial Controllers who rely on her exclusively to source talent. She is proud to be a part of this life cycle. She treats her clients and candidates well; relationships and commitment have always been the key to her success.

It’s simple; whenever they call, she answers the phone. She is reliable, energetic, and delivers temporary and contract results, fast! She recalls a long-standing client commenting to her that when he hadn't heard back from her for a few hours he concluded she must have gone on an overseas holiday! She is now growing a contingent temporary and contract team focused on billing high and being happy.
