About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated lawyer with a minimum of 1 year post-admission experience in Workers Compensation law to join a highly regarded insurance and litigation practice. This role offers exposure to complex statutory litigation and advisory matters for major corporates, insurers, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation in Workers Compensation matters
  • Analyse complex factual and medico-legal evidence
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and advice
  • Achieve cost-effective and timely resolutions of matters
  • Stay across legislative changes and significant case developments
About You
  • Hold a recognised law degree and be eligible for a current NSW Practicing Certificate
  • Have at least 1 year post-admission experience in Workers Compensation law(defendant experience preferred, but strong plaintiff experience considered)
  • Possess excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
  • Show initiative, motivation, and commitment to continuous learning
