We are looking for candidates seeking Temporary & Contract positions.
Some of our roles start at just a few days and can be up to 12-month Temp to Perm positions!
Some of your general responsibilities may include:
Answering inbound or making outbound phone calls
Processing payments or documentation through a system
Logging calls/tickets in a system
Working with call centre KPIs
Coordinate and manage records and databases
Manage administrative systems, processes, and policies
And More!
Beneficial skills and expertise would be:
Previous experience within a call centre environment
Previous experience within customer service roles
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work on KPIs
Excellent phone manner and professionally presented
High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Excellent administrative skills and well versed in systems
