Are you an experienced Technical Tender Writer with a strong background in Facilities or Property Management? We’re seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of a comprehensive Request for Tender (RFT) suite for a large and diverse property portfolio.
This role will see you working closely with multiple stakeholders across Property, Technical Services, Procurement, and the broader business to produce documentation that is accurate, compliant, and commercially sound.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for developing a full tender document suite, including the Statement of Work, Technical Specifications, and supporting contractual documentation. Ensuring all deliverables align clearly with the overarching contract framework.
Key deliverables include:
- Drafting end-to-end procurement documentation aligned with the contract and Statement of Work.
- Creating structured, technically precise specifications across a range of facilities management services (hard and soft).
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine technical and business requirements.
- Ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency across all tender content.
- Managing document quality, structure, and version control to professional standards.
About You
- You are an accomplished Technical Writer or Tender Writer who thrives on producing clear, detailed, and structured documentation within complex operational environments. You bring:
- Proven experience writing tender or contract documentation in Facilities Management, Property, Asset Management, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of how a Statement of Work aligns with contractual frameworks and technical specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — able to translate technical input into precise, compliant documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, document management discipline, and ability to work to defined timelines.
- Full working rights in Australia and availability to work onsite five days per week in the Sydney CBD.
