About the Role:
- Office Coordination
- Client Engagement which includes management of client onboarding and greeting visitors and clients
- Maintain and update production management software
- Management of ASIC annual statements and corporate secretarial
- Input and preparation of team production reports as required
- Previous experience in a professional services environment
- Prior similar experience in Professional Services ie. Accounting or Legal Firm
- Strong communication skills
- Time management
- High attention to detail
- Professional approach
- The ability to prioritise and use your initiative
- Experience with Salesforce, MS Office software, and/or internal CRMs
