  • Senior Property Lawyer: Focus on diverse property matters, including a component of Native Title work, reporting to a senior partner.
  • Senior Commercial Lawyer: Focus on broad commercial and corporate advisory matters, reporting directly to the commercial law lead.
Both roles are senior-level and full-time, though a part-time arrangement (minimum 4 days/week) may be considered for exceptional candidates. You'll benefit from a manageable daily billable target of 5.5 hours in an environment where long overtime is rare.

You are a Senior Solicitor with 5+ years' PAE who is currently admitted to the High Court of New Zealand. You are seeking a significant lifestyle change and an accelerated path to firm leadership. You are technically strong in Property or Commercial law, enjoy building client relationships, and value a supportive, high-calibre team. Your admission to practice in Queensland will be straightforward under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act.

  • 5+ years PAE as a Property or Commercial Solicitor.
  • Admitted to the High Court of New Zealand (or an Australian jurisdiction).
  • Strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen.
