People2people are recruiting for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Architect
to join a dynamic design studio, specialising in high-end hospitality projects across the globe. This is a pivotal role for a creative and technically proficient Senior Interior Architect with a passion for designing exceptional hospitality interiors and bringing concepts to life through precise technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of hospitality projects from concept through to completion
- Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realised
- Manage and mentor junior designers and architects
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and design presentations
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards
- Contribute to the development of internal design processes and studio standards
Requirements
- Solid experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio of Hospitality projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential (must be shown in your portfolio)
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction methods
- Excellent spatial planning and conceptual design skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident in client-facing roles and team leadership
- Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp.
