The role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will form part of a small, agile team that is dedicated to delivering day-to-day operational HR support to Line Managers. In addition, you will have ownership for reviewing and updating employment contracts to ensure alignment with current awards and penalty rates, while engaging with employees regarding any changes. You will also contribute to the ongoing review and refinement of HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
Selection criteria
- Completed HR qualification coupled with proven experience in HR / IR
- Strong understanding and interpretation of awards and legislation
- Advanced communication & interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder experience
- High attention to detail, solutions focused approach and a collaborative team player
- Tech savvy and quick to pick up systems
