Senior Associate – Corporate (Ireland)

We are working on a confidential search with a global law firm that is expanding its Dublin presence and now seeks to appoint a Corporate Senior Associate. This is a unique chance to join an international practice with a strong reputation for complex, high-value corporate work.

The team advises on a broad range of matters including venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Clients range from high-profile investors and funds to ambitious start-ups and established corporates, with many of the transactions being cross-border and sector-focused in areas such as technology, healthcare, and life sciences. The role will involve advising across the full corporate lifecycle, from early-stage funding through to exits and IPOs, with direct exposure to international deals.

We are looking to speak with lawyers who have strong experience in M&A and venture capital, ideally gained within a top-tier Irish, UK, or international practice. A track record of advising on significant transactions, strong technical skills, and a commercial outlook will be important, alongside the ability to manage client relationships and take responsibility on deals.
