Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly diligent Sales Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our international sales team, with a primary focus on the North American market. In this mid-level role, you will be a crucial customer touchpoint, deeply involved in optimising sales administration processes. You'll ensure seamless order flow, exceptional customer service, and vital coordination across internal and external stakeholders, directly impacting sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for retailers, distributors, and online marketplace partners, resolving queries and ensuring peerless customer service.
  • Conduct thorough research on new and existing customers, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of samples and catalogues, ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor and manage back orders, proactively communicating with customers and internal teams to maximise order value and allocate stock effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales Representatives and Account Managers, including preparing reports and maintaining data.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of customer portals, ensuring seamless order processing and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order passage from processing to delivery.
  • Support pre-, during-, and post-trade show activities for the sales team, including sample management and lead processing.
  • Contribute to overall office tidiness and manage front desk operations, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.

  • Previous experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or retail sectors.
  • Experience with online retail portals (e.g., Amazon) or B2B sales platforms.
