This is a high-impact, newly created role focused on enabling commercial performance and operational effectiveness. Reporting to the NZ General Manager, the Sales Operations Manager acts as the bridge between sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain — with responsibility for forecasting, promotional planning, performance reporting, process improvement, and pricing execution.
The role is initially being offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, created to build stronger commercial capability following a period of change. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, delivering impact, and shaping future ways of working.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong commercial operations or sales support background — ideally in a branded FMCG or consumer durables environment — and the ability to work across multiple business functions with confidence and credibility. You will be tech-savvy, highly organised, and comfortable owning the detail while influencing the bigger picture.

Experience across the following will be highly regarded:
  • Commercial forecasting and S&OP
  • Trade spend and promotional analysis
  • Pricing and margin management
  • Reporting and dashboard design (Power BI experience ideal)
  • Process improvement and systems thinking
  • Team leadership or mentoring
