Sales Development Representative– EdTech | UK-Based | Hybrid (Remote + Travel)
People2people have partnered with an exciting EdTech company that is reshaping the future of education on a global scale. They are on a mission to empower the next generation of world leaders through highly personalised learning experiences.
They are currently looking for an SDR to join their UK team. This is a full-time hybrid role (mostly remote), with regular travel to events across the UK and Europe, and occasional meetings in London.

- Must hold a University Degree
- Have gone through the UK school system (highly desirable)
- Able to travel to London (requirement is around once per month)
- Happy to travel for events and visits to clients in the UK and Europe when required
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll represent the brand at education events, provide information to potential clients, and play a key role in supporting the growth of the student base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dynamic, people-focused, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand at school talks, career fairs, and seminars across the UK and Europe
- Plan, coordinate and attend local marketing events to build brand awareness
- Provide prospective students and families with information about the company’s services
- Qualify inbound leads via phone and email, and manage the sales funnel using Salesforce CRM
- Book consultations between qualified leads and Academic Advisors
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to achieve growth targets
- Keep event lead data accurate and up to date, tracking them through the sales pipeline
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve sales and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in education, events, or customer-facing roles (education sales or marketing experience a bonus)
- Knowledge of UK & International university admissions highly regarded
- Familiarity with UK and European independent schools preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Growth mindset with a strong sense of initiative and customer service
- Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- UK passport and driver’s licence required
