Sales Administration Executive (Part-Time, Temporary – 3 Months)
A well-regarded organisation in the parking and transport services industry is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administration Executive to join its NSW team on a part-time basis for an initial 3-month assignment. This temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, service-driven environment and is looking to contribute their skills in administration and client support.
About the Role:
The Sales Administration Executive will play a key role in supporting regional sales operations, managing client accounts, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day functioning of administrative tasks. The position involves handling customer enquiries, supporting monthly parking account management, and assisting with invoicing and reporting.The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. A proactive and adaptable approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide general administrative support.
- Manage billing processes, ticket purchases, and account updates.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and generate client reports.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Support client relationship management through timely communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to revenue support efforts by coordinating account activity across sites.
- Experience in administration, account support, or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
