The opportunity

This is a coveted portfolio within our hugely successful Legal Support team, were you will be offered day one access to long standing client and candidate relationships. The role will be managing a busy a temp recruitment desk, that is one of the top performing in the company, available on either a 12 month contract or permanent basis.

your key responsibilities will include 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with an established legal support team in Melbourne and interstate
  • End to end management of the temp and contract recruitment process 
  • Growing a quality portfolio of clients and candidates through business development activities such as face to face/virtual meetings, marketing, networking, interviewing, and more.
  • Building a personal brand as well as promoting talent and the people2people name
Who you are

We are interested in hearing from you if you are an experienced Recruiter. with at least 12 months experience in a recruitment environment. You may already be working in an agency environment, managing a temp desk, or we are open to hearing from those looking to move from Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Ideally you will have a worked with professional services or legal businesses.

An above market base salary is on offer, along with an uncapped quarterly commission scheme.
