The Firm
With multiples offices globally, this law firm is seeking an experienced a multi-tasking expert for a Corporate Receptionist role, which is much more than just meeting & greeting and answering phones.
The Role
This a full time, temporary Corporate Receptionist position is working 8am-4pm and will be full of variety. The role will require an initial commitment of 4 weeks but is likely to extend. Aside from the usual reception duties, you will also:
- Assist with events internal and external (seminars, conferences, social)
- Co-ordinate boardroom and meeting room bookings and refreshments as required
- Maintain correspondence with external parties
- Assist incoming clients with appointments
- Ensure reception area is tidy and well kept.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Experience working as a Corporate Receptionist
- Worked in professional services. law firm experience would be highly regarded
- Corporate presentation
- Experience managing meeting rooms
