We are currently seeking a professional and approachable receptionist for a 6-week temporary assignment with a leading global electrical company, based in Mascot. This position is scheduled to start on August 5th.
About the Role:
You'll be the face of the organisation, ensuring a smooth front desk experience for all visitors and staff. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive team environment while gaining experience with a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and signing in visitors and clients
- Answering and directing incoming calls professionally
- Managing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating calendars
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in a reception or front desk role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A polished and professional presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Immediate start from Monday 5th August
