The Role
This position plays a key role in ensuring reports and documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed timeframes. You will provide administrative and quality assurance support to a team of medical professionals while working closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
The role is full-time and primarily office-based, with occasional on-site requirements as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Case Support
- Manage documentation workflows and report templates
- Process and format reports, correspondence, and supporting material
- Prepare statutory and regulatory forms as required
- Maintain accurate records and data across internal systems
- Coordinate the distribution of reports to relevant parties
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Ensure all sensitive information is handled in line with privacy and compliance standards
- Review reports and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify errors or omissions and liaise with relevant professionals to resolve issues
- Ensure outputs align with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor turnaround times and manage priorities effectively
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding timelines and issues
- Escalate matters that require further review or intervention
- Experience in quality assurance, case management, administration, or compliance within medical, allied health, legal, insurance, or regulated professional environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and database or document management systems
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
