About the Role
A boutique property law firm in North Sydney is seeking a skilled Licensed Conveyancer or Property Paralegal with 3 to 8 years of experience managing end-to-end residential conveyancing matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team that invests in its people and offers genuine career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end residential conveyancing matters independently
- Manage off-the-plan transactions with precision and efficiency
- Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements
- Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies
- Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Property Paralegal
- Between 3 to 8 years of residential conveyancing experience
- Off-the-plan experience highly preferred
- PEXA proficiency is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
