The Role
The firm is urgently seeking a Property Solicitor with 3–5 years’ post-admission experience to join their dynamic property team. Working alongside experienced practitioners, the successful candidate will manage a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions and advisory matters. Duties include:
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on sales, acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and associated documents.
- Conducting due diligence and reviewing title and regulatory issues.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and managing expectations.
- Ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will ideally have:
- 3–5 years’ post-admission experience in property law.
- A current NSW practising certificate.
- Strong technical ability across residential and commercial conveyancing.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong drafting and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a busy, varied caseload.
- A client-first mindset and desire to contribute to a collaborative culture.
- Prime office location near QVB and Town Hall Station.
