We are seeking two Property Associates with 2-3 years post-admission experience to join a dynamic and collaborative Property team. These full-time, permanent positions offer exposure to quality transactional property work within a respected mid-sized commercial practice.
You will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of matters, including:
- Residential and commercial property transactions (sales, purchases, leases, developments)
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related documentation
- Conducting due diligence, title and property searches
- Advising clients on property law and commercial issues
- Managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
About You
- 2-3 years PAE in property law
- Experience from a boutique or mid-tier firm preferred
- Confident managing files from instruction to completion
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial conveyancing
- PEXA experience essential
- Excellent drafting, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a large, collaborative team
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable
- Progressive, mid-sized commercial practice with a strong reputation and long-term stability
- Located in owned offices in Sydney CBD, moments from Town Hall and QVB
- Genuine work-life balance with monthly leadership check-ins and lunch-and-learn sessions
- Ability to record non-billable time for marketing, events, and training
- Exposure to diverse practice areas and opportunities for professional growth
- Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Billable target: 7 hours per day
- Systems: Aderant and PEXA
