Property Accountant

  • 3 – 6 month contract | Potential to go permanent
  • $50 - $55 + super per hour |$100k plus super | Start 1st July

With financial year-end fast approaching, now is the perfect time to secure a fresh new role. This prestigious organisation is seeking your experience as a Property or Financial Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis starting 1st July, with the potential to extend or convert to permanent (based on performance and business needs). This lead time gives you the opportunity to resign from your current role with ample notice and transition seamlessly into this next career move.
 
Reporting to a supportive, approachable, and calm Manager, you’ll play a key role within a collaborative and high-performing team, delivering accounting support across a diverse portfolio of assets. Day to day some of your duties will include: property financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end, accruals, prepayments, balance sheets, bank, and outgoing reconciliations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation that promotes work-life balance through a generous hybrid working model - typically 50% in the office and 50% from home.
