About The Role:
This is a hands-on, full-time Production Operator role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining decoration equipment used to personalise a wide range of promotional items including pens, drinkware, bags, flashlights, and more. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Operate light industrial machinery such as pad printing, laser engraving, UV and screen printing
- Perform quality checks and ensure decorated products meet required specifications
- Monitor raw material usage and set up machines accurately based on work order codes
- Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to maintain production flow
- Maintain a clean and organised work area while following all safety and quality procedures
- Assist in end-to-end production tasks including packing and preparing goods for shipment
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
About You:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desired.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment is advantageous
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes
- Basic computer skills desirable
