Our client is a globally recognised and highly respected brand within the electronics industry. This position reports to the Senior Product Manager and is based at their Sydney Olympic Park office. The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring four days in the office and one day working from home.

About the Role:
This position sits within the Mobile Experience (MX) Refurbish Business team, which is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing strategies to achieve growth and performance targets in the refurbished mobile device market.
The refurbished phone market is undergoing rapid growth, and our client is committed to expanding its presence by strengthening partnerships with major device trade-in collection providers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:


Refurbish Business Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day activities with trade-in partners to regularly assess collection inventory
  • Coordinate the collection of retail display units (RDUs) from channel partners and compile a consolidated inventory list
  • Secure additional used device collections through strategic trade-in programs with channel partners
  • Develop and implement refurbishment product code policies to manage cost and logistics across device grades
  • Manage auction platform operations and coordinate with resale partners to maximise value on inventory outside the core refurbish scope
Operationalize Refurbish Business
  • Analyse and review key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and execute short-term tactical initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including eCommerce, Customer Experience, Sales Directors, and VP on Collection/Refurbish/Sales KPIs
Pricing Management (Residual and Trade-In Values)
  • Conduct pricing and market data analysis using web scraping and other tools
  • Coordinate pricing strategies with internal eCommerce teams based on forward bidding processes and global pricing guidance
  • Drive improvements in residual value across the refurbished device portfolio
About You:
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, supply chain, circular economy, refurbishment, or similar sectors such as retail, consumer electronics, or telecommunications
  • University degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience working across virtual and international teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Product Category functions
