Practice Manager - Moorabbin

Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment? Our client is seeking a proactive and professional leader to oversee the operations of their Moorabbin practice in a full-time, permanent capacity.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for healthcare, strong leadership and coordination skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff and patients.

The role:
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the practice
  • Provide high level administration support including Medicare receipting, patient number reporting and daily operations emails
  • Brief and support the reception team daily to ensure smooth front desk operations
  • Monitor and verify staff work hours, flag discrepancies and report doctors hours with the accounts team
  • Ensure appropriate doctor coverage across the roster
  • Respond to patient and doctor feedback promptly and professionally
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
  • Previous experience as a practice manager, ideally from a general practice background
  • Experience leading and supervising staff members
  • Thorough understanding of medical administration
  • Highly developed people skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
