Practice Manager – Boutique Law Firm | Perth CBD
An established boutique law firm in the Perth CBD, specialising in planning and environment law, is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to support their small, high-performing team. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone with prior office management experience or a Legal Assistant ready to step up.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, either 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Office & HR Management
- Maintain policies, procedures, and insurance
- Oversee office supplies and vendor relationships
- Coordinate staff leave, travel, events, and memberships
- Support onboarding and training
- Update website and social media
- Manage practising certificates and CPD compliance
- Maintain CPD records and firm accreditation
- Manage reception, phones, and client greetings
- Handle file management, diary/email coordination, and court lodgements
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and general correspondence
- Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with payroll, BAS, and IAS
