About the role

Reporting to the MD this varied role will see you responsible for overseeing daily office operations and management, act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, draft internal communications, management and reconciliation of expenses for AU and NZ, facilities management, supporting projects, providing administrative support, ordering supplies, catering and groceries and assist in reviewing and streamlining processes and procedure.

Selection criteria:
  • Previous experience in an office coordination or office management role
  • Strong organisational / time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Keen eye for detail
