Specialising in private equity for real estate developments, this business has been on a significant growth journey in the Australian market. A superb opportunity is available to join the team as an Office Assistant and contribute to a business in its growth phase.

The Role
Working alongside the Work space Team, your duties will include:

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Supporting various departments in the Shared Services team.
  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Kitchen and office maintenance.
  • Scheduling meeting rooms & Adhoc tasks as required.
Your Experience
To be successful you must possess general office administration experience. With Excel and Word skills advantageous, you will demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently.

In return, you will work for a diverse business, where no two days are the same, working from the office. Additionally, you work for a business that promotes a healthy work environment, as well as progression and development.

This role is offering up to $67,000 + super, temp to perm. Because this position has a potential permanent option, we cannot consider working holiday or student visas.
