National Workforce Planning Manager

$150,000 – $170,000 + Super
Our client is seeking an experienced National Workforce Planning Manager
to lead and deliver workforce planning strategies across Australia. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in optimising resources, improving efficiency, and supporting long-term business objectives.
The Role
- Lead and oversee workforce planning nationally across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement long-term resource strategies aligned with business needs.
- Drive improvements in rostering, training, leave and compliance management.
- Provide analysis, reporting and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
- Enhance workforce systems and processes, with a focus on automation.
- Manage and develop a central planning team.
- Previous experience in multi-site workforce planning.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, National Awards and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, financial and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in aviation, logistics or another regulated industry (highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of workforce management systems and technology.
This is a 2-year contract role offering a competitive salary of $150,000 – $170,000 + super. It provides a unique opportunity for an experienced workforce planning professional to lead a national function and deliver measurable outcomes across a large and complex operation.
