I’m representing my client, a proudly Australian-owned and operated market leader in the design and distribution of innovative systems. With 15 sites nationally and over 750 employees, My client continues to invest in research, development, and cutting-edge technology to support its customers across architectural, residential, industrial, and home-improvement markets.
They are now looking for an experienced D365 Administrator to join their Business Technology team, based at the Western Sydney head office, supporting operations across all Australian sites.

About the Role

This is a hands-on administrative position – not a business analyst or development role – focused on supporting live Microsoft D365 environments. You’ll be responsible for environment governance, access and security administration, user support, and system stability across both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).
Beyond security and access management, you’ll also be involved in managing environments across DEV, UAT, and PROD, overseeing patch cycles, testing updates, and supporting integration's with financial systems, reporting tools, and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern and administer multiple D365 environments (F&O & CE), including DEV/UAT/PROD.
  • Manage access security, user setup, role assignments, and licence administration via Entra ID.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of D365 security models (roles, tasks, duties, privileges, hierarchy, and field-level security).
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for production issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate and validate application testing, updates, and pre-deployment releases.
  • Support and monitor integration's (APIs, Power BI, HealthLink, external platforms).
  • Track service delivery and incidents using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support continuous improvement processes.
About You
  • We’re seeking a technically strong and solutions-focused professional with:
  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
  • Proven background in environment governance and access security administration.
  • Experience managing integrated enterprise-scale D365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs).
  • Exposure to financial systems and supply chain processes (advantageous).
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary IT qualifications and/or Microsoft certifications (D365 Functional Consultant, Security Admin, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL 4).
