We are seeking two motivated and resilient individuals to join a busy outbound sales team on a full-time, 8-week temporary assignment based in Hindmarsh. This opportunity is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and thrive in a results-driven environment.
About the Role
As an Outbound Sales & Engagement Officer, you will be working through outbound call lists, focusing on two key areas:
- Referral Sources (Business Engagement)
- Engaging with GP Clinics, First Aid RTOs, School Nurses, and NDIS Plan Managers
- Promoting the benefits of membership services
- Encouraging uptake of promotional packs, registrations for demonstrations, and building referral networks
- Consumer Sales (Lead Conversion)
- Calling through purchased and organic lead lists
- Educating consumers on services and offerings
- Converting leads into new memberships
We are after individuals who bring:
- Resilience and persistence – comfortable handling objections while maintaining enthusiasm
- Professional communication skills – clear, confident phone manner with strong listening ability
- Problem-solving ability – able to think quickly, adapt, and provide solutions
- Drive and motivation – a genuine passion for achieving results in a collaborative sales environment
- Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or telesales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage call lists, targets, and outcomes effectively
- Experience using sales tracking systems (Salesforce desirable)
- Proven ability to build rapport with both individual consumers and business stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
