The Business
This organisation is an established, evidenced-based practice, located adjacent to Royal North Shore Hospital in St.Leonard's, Sydney. They are a multidisciplinary practice who each specialist has a specific area of expertise.
The Role
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Managing bookings and patients’ details.
- Providing patients with relevant booking details.
- Data entry.
- Managing inquiries via email and face to face.
- Liaising with hospitals regarding referrals and bookings.
To Be Successful:
- Experience in a medical reception is essential for this role as there will be limited training for a short placement.
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound customer service skills.
- High level of organisation and ability to multitask.
This position is paying $35ph + super starting Wednesday 17th September. There will be other similar opportunities arising, so if you have experience in the medical field then apply today for future positions.
