A highly regarded design studio specialising in beautiful bespoke pieces, is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Marketing Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract basis (between 6-12 months) to join their growing team. Known for producing functional art, the studio works with clients ranging from leading interior professionals to private collectors around the globe.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys multitasking in a creative setting, and has a keen eye for detail.
Please note, this is an office based role, so you need to be comfortable to travel to the office 5 days per week. This role is a Fixed Term Contract lasting between 6-12 months, with the potential of possibly turning into a permanent role (although this is not guaranteed).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing department in coordinating ongoing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations.
- Support the creation and scheduling of online content, including email communications, social media updates, and website edits.
- Keep marketing tools and systems maintained and up to date.
- Work closely with external partners and suppliers to manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, as well as plan and execute events and exhibitions.
- Collaborate across internal departments including logistics, sales, and visual teams to help organise press visits, content creation, and promotional activations.
- Keep agencies and media partners informed about company updates, product launches, and new imagery.
- Contribute to the tracking and reporting of marketing performance, assisting in the creation of presentations and summary documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including diary management, meeting coordination, documentation, and budget handling.
Skills & Experience:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Some familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, email platforms, and web analytics) is beneficial but not essential.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
