As the Marketing & Design Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping visual communications and driving campaigns that elevate brand awareness, attract leads, and strengthen client relationships.
This role is ideal for a designer with a marketing mindset — someone who can bring a story to life through creative visuals, cohesive branding, and smart content execution across digital and print.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and design high-impact assets across digital, print, and event campaigns.
• Create engaging social media, web, and EDM content that aligns with brand goals.
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve the visual identity across all channels.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy and execution.
• Liaise with vendors, printers, and internal teams to ensure quality and creative excellence.

• Experience in marketing, design, or brand coordination.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand, design, and content creation work.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creative flair.
• Experience managing social media channels and executing campaigns.
• (Bonus) Experience with HubSpot, video editing tools, or animation software.
