Known for fostering long-standing relationships with both clients and employees, the firm is currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join its respected Litigation and Class Actions team. This team is recognised for its innovative approach to complex disputes and its proven ability to resolve matters with efficiency and precision.
THE ROLE
As an established legal secretary your role will include;
- Supporting 2 Partner level professionals with a wider legal secretary team within the Litigation team
- Diary and travel management
- Electronic file management and maintenance
- Client facing interactions
- Phone and email management
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, deeds and agreements
- Complex billing (monthly)

ABOUT YOU
To be a successful applicant you must have;
- Minimum 3 years experience as a legal secretary / assistant
- Minimum 2 years experience in dispute resolution (litigation) or class actions
- Proficient in legal software, ideally iManage and Aderant
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
