THE ROLE:
As a Licensed Conveyancer, your duties and responsibilities will include:
-Prepare and review contracts for sale, including post-exchange documentation.
-Manage conveyancing transactions from start to finish, overseeing the entire life cycle of a matter.
-Conduct PEXA settlements and handle all related administrative tasks.
-Attend to property registration via PEXA.
-Prepare settlement statements and figures to ensure accurate financial handling.
-Liaise with clients throughout property exchanges to keep them informed.
-Coordinate with mortgage lenders and other parties involved in the transaction.
-Ensure timely transfer of ownership and exchange of contracts.
-Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the conveyancing process.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered a suitable candidate you must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Licensed Conveyancer
- Be eager to play an integral role in a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
-Take ownership of your files and manage them independently.
-Possess clear communication skills, both written and verbal
-Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism.
