The role     
 The Adelaide office is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their national Reception Team on a full-time basis working 8:30am - 5:30pm. This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both their clients and people at all levels within the firm.      
 
On a day to day basis the role could include:

  • Greeting visitors and staff upon arrival;
  • Booking of meeting rooms
  • Meeting room set up;
  • Event preparation;
  • Organising and set-up of catering;
  • Stock management and ordering;
  • Coordinating with various suppliers and caterers;
  • Technology set up;
  • Arranging couriers, accepting deliveries;
  • Maintaining accurate records across a variety of business areas;
  • Providing a central point of contact to clients and staff to facilitate queries;
  • Administrative duties including printing of materials for events, scanning documents, liaising with building services etc.
We are looking for a candidate with
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills;
  • A happy and professional demeanour with a positive 'can do' attitude;
  • Someone who is an enthusiastic and an energetic team player;
  • Is likeable, personable and an energy creator;
  • Can be reliable and proactive;
  • Has intermediate computer skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • The ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
