THE ROLE:
As a Legal Personal Assistant supporting up to Partner Level, you will play a critical role in the seamless operation of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
-Email, File, and Document Management: Ensuring all communications and legal documents are meticulously organized and easily accessible.
-Client Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate information while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
-Ad Hoc Secretarial Duties: Assisting with various tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the firm.
-Diary and Calendar Management: Coordinating appointments and meetings to ensure the Partner’s schedule is efficiently managed.
-Document Preparation and Correspondence: Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
-End of Month Billing: Processing billing statements and managing related financial documentation, contributing to the firm’s financial efficiency.
-Photocopying, Filing, and Archiving: Maintaining an organized and efficient filing system, ensuring all documents are properly archived and easily retrievable.
