This industry leading global law firm advises some of the largest organisations worldwide and prides itself on fostering an innovative approach to what they do. The firm boast stunning offices in Melbourne CBD and offer hybrid working arrangements.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be joining an established and high performing projects and construction team as a Legal PA. The role is supporting the Team Lead and involves a mix of legal secretarial and PA capability.
- Monthly Billing.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence and presentation slides.
- Diary management, booking travel, processing expenses.
- File management of electronic files.
- General legal administrative support to the team
To be considered for the role, you will be a professional and motivated individual with experience in a support role within a law firm. This opportunity is not open to students or those who do not have full working rights.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal support role
- Further experience as a PA is desirable.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
