The Opportunity
Starting on an initial 4 week temp assignment, you will be supporting a Partner in the property team.
You will be providing legal assistance/secretarial support where you can expect to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Your daily duties will include:
- Answering all incoming calls and assisting with queries where appropriate
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Liasing with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing and formatting legal documents
- Assisting with events
- Overseeing billing for the property team
- Assisting in change management
To be successful in this role you will have
- Experience as a Legal/Personal Assistant within a property practice group. or similar
- Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Great written communication with a high attention to detail
