ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary/Office Coordinator to join the team working from their successful and thriving Brisbane CBD office. This hands-on role will see the successful candidate working in a collaborate small team environment with duties including:
- Working closely with the practice manager to ensure smooth & efficient daily operation of the office
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Meeting room set up and coordination
- Inbox management
- Diary management, including scheduling meetings and recording deadlines
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders on the telephone and in-person
- File management
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
- Managing the billing cycle
- Electronic filing
- Travel coordination
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant / Administration experience
- Exposure to litigation is highly advantageous
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and confident personality
- Previous client billing experience
- Previous exposure to Elite highly desirable
