About the Role
A new full time opportunity sits within their growing Defendant Insurance practice, with responsibilities including:
- Managing diaries and emails
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Client liaison
- Drafting correspondence, documents and preparing presentations
- Preparing and amending court documents
- File management
- Time recording and billing
- Conducting conflict searches
- Dictation
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly personality and a true team player
- An experienced Legal Assistant (Intermediate level)
- Background in Insurance or Corporate Litigation
- Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Hardworking with a high level of professionalism
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
