to join their busy Family Law team. One full-time and one part-time position

The Role
As a Legal Assistant in the Family Law team, your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Preparing, amending, and lodging court documents
- Billing, expenses, and general file management
- Dictation and transcription
- Opening and closing matters
- Providing general administrative support as needed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
- Solid administrative experience in a professional or corporate environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support your team
