An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time Legal Administrative Assistant to join a supportive team within a leading global law firm. This is a rare chance to get your foot in the door within the legal industry!

THE ROLE
In this role, you will support a busy team by providing administrative assistance to legal and business services professionals. You will work closely with Legal Assistants and other team members to ensure seamless day to day operations.
This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long term career within the legal industry. Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Assisting with matter management, time recording, and monthly billing processes
  • Supporting business development initiatives, including coordination of internal and client-facing events
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, document preparation, and file management
  • Providing ad hoc support such as processing incoming mail, booking meeting rooms, managing expenses, and document updates
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have proven administration experience in a professional setting. In addition to this:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
