Are you a strategic and proactive HR professional looking to make an impact in a complex and dynamic environment? Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide high-level guidance and support to senior leaders and managers across their organisation.
About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will work within a dedicated client portfolio, providing expert advice across a range of HR matters including industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. You will work closely with senior leaders, supervisors, and managers to deliver innovative, compliant, and best-practice HR solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources
- Proven HR experience in a large, complex environment
- Strong understanding of industrial legislation and employment law principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Experience in workforce planning, change management, performance management, and complaints handling
- HR experience in the health sector
- Familiarity with health industry awards and agreements
- Postgraduate qualifications in HR or Industrial Relations
